With immense joy and pride, we are delighted to announce that after three years of intensive preparations, we officially opened our FREDDIE – THE EXHIBITION on April 27, 2026. At the VIP Opening Ceremony, we had the honor of sharing this extraordinary moment not only with you, but also with Freddie’s close friends and a number of distinguished guests.

The past three years have been a demanding yet inspiring journey, during which a bold vision gradually became reality. Our sincere thanks go to you – our lenders, investors, partners, all VIP guests, as well as the entire House of Music team and everyone who stood by our side throughout this journey.

The opening ceremony itself took place in a truly exceptional atmosphere. The morning press conference introduced the exhibition to the media and symbolically launched it to the world. The evening program began with the iconic song Barcelona, performed by LiIla Horti and Mickey Callisto, accompanied by Mike Moran on the piano, and enriched by a choir and musical arrangements by House of Music. It was a truly unforgettable and emotional moment.

This was followed by speeches from the project representatives, who shared their vision, gratitude, and joy at bringing this project to life. We then welcomed distinguished guests to the stage, who shared their personal memories of Freddie. It was a great honor to host Peter Freestone, Mike Moran, Diana Moseley, Terry Giddings, Tim Staffell, Denis O’Regan, Simon Fowler, and Rudi Dolezal.

The main program culminated in a powerful ballet performance that sensitively and emotionally portrayed Freddie’s life story. Special thanks go to dancers Dita Otevřelová, Ivo Jambor, and Ondřej Králíček from the Moravian Theatre in Olomouc for their outstanding performance.

Following the official part of the evening came the moment we had all been eagerly anticipating – an exclusive VIP tour of the exhibition. Our guests had the unique opportunity to become the very first visitors and experience the exhibition in its full atmosphere. We were truly delighted by their positive feedback, emotional reactions, and the shared memories of Freddie’s friends, which gave the entire evening a deeply personal dimension.

It was a truly remarkable evening that we will remember for a long time. Thank you for your trust, support, and continued partnership. We wish our exhibition to bring joy, inspiration, and powerful experiences to visitors for many years to come.
